Pocket Scan

The short version. The documents you scan stay on your phone. They are stored in the app's own storage on your device, and we never upload them, read them, or back them up to any server.
You can use Pocket Scan entirely without an account. If you do create one, it exists to carry your subscription between your devices and, if you choose, to participate in our referral programme.
This policy explains what Pocket Scan ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is published by X-UNI, the developer of Pocket Scan.
All of the following is created and stored locally, in the app's private storage, and is not transmitted to us or to anyone else:
Because this data lives only on your device, deleting the app deletes it. We cannot recover it for you, so export or back up anything you want to keep.
Only the categories below, and only in the circumstances described.

Accounts are handled by Google Firebase Authentication. You can register with an email address and password, or with Apple, Google or Facebook. When you use one of those, that provider tells us your email address and your name — nothing else, and we never receive your password or gain access to your account with them.
If you sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email", we only ever see Apple's relay address.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your card details. To know whether your subscription is active we store, against your account identifier, the state of that subscription and the transaction identifiers Apple gives us. Apple also notifies our server when a subscription renews, lapses or is refunded.
We use Firebase Crashlytics. A crash report contains technical information about the failure and your device — never the contents of your documents.
The free version shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. On iOS, the app asks for your permission before it uses the advertising identifier for personalised advertising. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. Subscribers see no ads.
Pocket Scan offers an "invite friends" referral programme. Participation is completely optional and open only to signed-in, non-anonymous accounts (accounts registered with email and password must have a verified email address). Guest users are not enrolled.
For inviters: When you participate, we generate a unique
8-character referral code stored with your account (referralCode
and an index mapping the code to your account identifier). Your account
records the number of successful referrals (referralCount) and
your balance of watermark-free export credits (watermarkCredits).
Each time you spend a credit to export a document without a watermark, a
receipt record is created with your account identifier, a timestamp, and
refund status.
For invitees: When you redeem a referral code, we record
who referred whom (the referrer's account identifier, the invite code used,
and a timestamp) and save the referrer's identifier on your account
(referredBy). Redeeming a code grants you 3 days of Premium
access.
Anti-abuse and fraud prevention: To enforce our rule of one redemption per person and per device, we use the following mechanisms:
ANDROID_ID. The raw
ANDROID_ID is never stored.Google Play install referrer (Android): When you install the app on Android from an invite link, the app reads the Google Play install referrer on the first launch solely to extract the invite code. Google Play is the third party providing this installation data; no other personal information is retrieved.
Purpose and legal basis: All referral data is processed strictly to provide the referral rewards and prevent abuse or fraud. We do not use referral data for advertising or tracking across apps.
You can change or withdraw any of these at any time in your device settings. Declining the camera or photo permission limits the relevant feature but does not otherwise affect the app.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes beyond what is described above. The following processors handle data on our behalf:

Account and subscription records, your referral code, referral count, earned export credits, and credit receipts are kept for as long as your account exists. Crash reports are retained according to Firebase Crashlytics' standard retention period.
When your account is deleted, your referral code is deleted so it cannot be redeemed, and your earned credits and referral count are deleted with your account document. The email hash, device hash, and the referral redemption record for the invitee are kept after account deletion, solely to stop the same person or device from redeeming again.
You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your Firebase authentication record, your referral code, unused export credits, and the entitlement data we hold against it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
As described above, anti-abuse records (the email hash, device hash, and invitee redemption record) are retained to prevent repeated redemption abuse.
Note that deleting your account does not delete your scanned documents, because those were never on our servers — they are on your device, and you remove them by deleting them in the app or uninstalling it. Note also that Apple, not we, holds your subscription: cancel it in your App Store subscription settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase the personal data we hold, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. If you wish to ask for deletion of retained anti-abuse hashes associated with your email or device, or have any privacy questions, write to us at support@x-uni.io.vn and we will respond.
Pocket Scan is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our processors operate globally, so the limited data described above may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers offer.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app.

Bạn có thể dùng Pocket Scan hoàn toàn mà không cần tài khoản. Nếu bạn tạo tài khoản, nó tồn tại để mang gói đăng ký của bạn sang các thiết bị khác và cho phép bạn tham gia chương trình giới thiệu nếu muốn.
Chính sách này giải thích Pocket Scan ("ứng dụng", "chúng tôi") thu thập gì, vì sao, và bạn có thể làm gì với dữ liệu đó. Chính sách được ban hành bởi X-UNI, đơn vị phát triển Pocket Scan.
Toàn bộ những dữ liệu sau được tạo và lưu cục bộ, trong bộ nhớ riêng của ứng dụng, và không được truyền tới chúng tôi hay bất kỳ ai khác:
Vì dữ liệu này chỉ nằm trên máy bạn, xoá ứng dụng là xoá luôn dữ liệu. Chúng tôi không thể khôi phục giúp bạn, nên hãy xuất hoặc sao lưu những gì bạn muốn giữ.

Tài khoản do Google Firebase Authentication xử lý. Bạn có thể đăng ký bằng email và mật khẩu, hoặc bằng Apple, Google, Facebook. Khi bạn dùng một trong số đó, nhà cung cấp ấy cho chúng tôi biết email và tên của bạn — không gì khác, và chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận mật khẩu hay có quyền truy cập tài khoản của bạn ở dịch vụ đó.
Nếu bạn đăng nhập bằng Apple và chọn "Ẩn email của tôi", chúng tôi chỉ thấy địa chỉ trung chuyển do Apple cấp.
Giao dịch do Apple xử lý. Chúng tôi không bao giờ thấy thông tin thẻ của bạn. Để biết gói của bạn còn hiệu lực hay không, chúng tôi lưu — gắn với mã tài khoản của bạn — trạng thái gói đó và các mã giao dịch Apple cung cấp. Apple cũng thông báo cho máy chủ của chúng tôi khi gói được gia hạn, hết hạn hoặc được hoàn tiền.
Chúng tôi dùng Firebase Crashlytics. Một báo cáo sự cố chứa thông tin kỹ thuật về lỗi và về thiết bị của bạn — không bao giờ chứa nội dung tài liệu của bạn.
Bản miễn phí hiển thị quảng cáo do Google AdMob cung cấp. Trên iOS, ứng dụng sẽ xin phép bạn trước khi dùng mã định danh quảng cáo cho mục đích cá nhân hoá. Nếu bạn từ chối, bạn vẫn thấy quảng cáo nhưng không được cá nhân hoá. Người dùng trả phí không thấy quảng cáo.
Pocket Scan cung cấp chương trình "mời bạn bè" (giới thiệu nhận thưởng). Việc tham gia là hoàn toàn tuỳ chọn và chỉ áp dụng cho tài khoản đã đăng nhập, không ẩn danh (tài khoản đăng ký bằng email và mật khẩu phải hoàn tất xác thực email). Người dùng không đăng nhập (khách) không tham gia chương trình này.
Người giới thiệu: Khi tham gia, hệ thống tạo một mã giới
thiệu gồm 8 ký tự lưu cùng tài khoản của bạn (referralCode và
chỉ mục liên kết mã với mã tài khoản của bạn). Tài khoản của bạn ghi nhận số
lượt giới thiệu thành công (referralCount) và số lượt xuất không
watermark nhận được (watermarkCredits). Mỗi lượt xuất không
watermark khi sử dụng sẽ tạo một bản ghi biên lai lưu mã tài khoản, thời gian
và cờ hoàn trả (nếu xuất không thành công).
Người được giới thiệu: Khi nhập mã giới thiệu, hệ thống
ghi nhận ai đã giới thiệu ai (mã tài khoản người giới thiệu, mã được dùng,
thời gian) và lưu mã người giới thiệu trên tài khoản của bạn
(referredBy). Bạn nhận được 3 ngày sử dụng gói Premium.
Chống gian lận và trục lợi: Nhằm đảm bảo mỗi người và mỗi thiết bị chỉ được nhận thưởng một lần duy nhất, chúng tôi áp dụng các cơ chế sau:

không bao giờ được lưu trữ.Google Play Install Referrer (Android): Vào lần khởi chạy đầu tiên sau khi cài đặt ứng dụng từ liên kết mời trên Android, ứng dụng đọc thông tin giới thiệu từ Google Play chỉ nhằm trích xuất mã mời. Google Play là bên thứ ba cung cấp thông tin này; chúng tôi không thu thập thêm thông tin cá nhân nào khác.
Mục đích và cơ sở pháp lý: Toàn bộ dữ liệu giới thiệu được xử lý duy nhất để cung cấp phần thưởng giới thiệu và ngăn chặn gian lận, lạm dụng. Dữ liệu này không dùng cho quảng cáo hay theo dõi người dùng giữa các ứng dụng khác nhau.
Bạn có thể thay đổi hoặc rút lại bất kỳ quyền nào bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt thiết bị. Từ chối quyền camera hoặc ảnh sẽ giới hạn tính năng tương ứng nhưng không ảnh hưởng gì khác tới ứng dụng.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn, và không chia sẻ cho mục đích quảng cáo ngoài những gì đã mô tả ở trên. Các đơn vị sau xử lý dữ liệu thay mặt chúng tôi:

Dữ liệu tài khoản, gói đăng ký, mã giới thiệu, số lượt giới thiệu, số lượt xuất không watermark và biên lai được giữ chừng nào tài khoản của bạn còn tồn tại. Báo cáo sự cố được lưu theo thời hạn lưu trữ tiêu chuẩn của Firebase Crashlytics.
Khi bạn xoá tài khoản, mã giới thiệu sẽ bị xoá để tránh việc mã mồ côi bị người khác sử dụng, đồng thời số lượt xuất và số lượt giới thiệu cũng bị xoá cùng tài liệu tài khoản của bạn. Tuy nhiên, mã băm email, mã băm thiết bị và bản ghi đổi thưởng của người được giới thiệu vẫn được giữ lại sau khi xoá tài khoản, với mục đích duy nhất là ngăn cùng một người hoặc thiết bị xoá đi tạo lại tài khoản để nhận thưởng nhiều lần.
Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản ngay trong ứng dụng: Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản. Thao tác này xoá bản ghi xác thực Firebase của bạn, mã giới thiệu, các lượt xuất không watermark chưa dùng và dữ liệu quyền lợi mà chúng tôi lưu kèm. Việc xoá là vĩnh viễn và không thể hoàn tác.
Như đã nêu ở trên, các bản ghi chống gian lận (mã băm email, mã băm thiết bị và bản ghi đổi thưởng) được giữ lại nhằm ngăn chặn hành vi trục lợi phần thưởng lặp đi lặp lại.
Lưu ý rằng xoá tài khoản không xoá tài liệu bạn đã quét, vì chúng chưa bao giờ nằm trên máy chủ của chúng tôi — chúng ở trên máy bạn, và bạn xoá chúng bằng cách xoá trong ứng dụng hoặc gỡ cài đặt. Cũng lưu ý rằng gói đăng ký do Apple giữ, không phải chúng tôi: hãy huỷ trong phần cài đặt gói đăng ký App Store của bạn.
Tuỳ nơi bạn sinh sống, bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xuất hoặc xoá dữ liệu cá nhân chúng tôi đang giữ, phản đối hoặc hạn chế việc xử lý dữ liệu, và khiếu nại lên cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu. Nếu bạn muốn yêu cầu xoá các mã băm chống gian lận được lưu giữ liên quan tới email hoặc thiết bị của bạn, hoặc có bất kỳ thắc mắc nào về quyền riêng tư, hãy viết thư cho chúng tôi theo địa chỉ support@x-uni.io.vn và chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi.
Pocket Scan không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ các em. Nếu bạn cho rằng một trẻ em đã cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân cho chúng tôi, hãy liên hệ và chúng tôi sẽ xoá.
Các đơn vị xử lý của chúng tôi hoạt động toàn cầu, nên phần dữ liệu hạn chế nêu trên có thể được xử lý trên máy chủ ngoài quốc gia bạn, bao gồm cả Hoa Kỳ, theo các biện pháp bảo vệ mà những nhà cung cấp đó áp dụng.
Nếu thay đổi chính sách này, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang, và với những thay đổi đáng kể chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ứng dụng.
